Additional info: Our sightseeing tour involves some walking, but nothing that cannot be handled as there will be no steps or obstacles. Choose lightweight gear that works equally well in changing weather conditions (Check the weather before you heads out for the tour. Also, don't forget to have some water with you and a hat to protect from heavy sun rays:)
Tour Includes: Lovrijenac Fortress. Minčeta Fortress, Pile Entrance, Saint Savior Church, Onofrio Fountains, Stradun (Placa) promenade, Franciscan Monastery, Orthodox Church, Jesuit Steps, Rectors Palace, Cathedral, Old Harbor, Revelin Fortress, Orlando Column, Sponza Palace, Minor Brothers Church and much more. Please be aware that entrance into the majority of these attractions is not included in this tour, due to the nature of this being a free tour, but your guide will reveal some extra stories on the town, and tell you lots of legends, so we are sure you will benefit so much from this tour.

We joined the free walking tour of Dubrovnik Old Town spontaneously on the evening of 3 August, and we were very lucky to have Roko as our guide. Roko was an excellent guide — knowledgeable, passionate, and able to bring Dubrovnik’s complicated and turbulent history to life in a very engaging way. What I appreciated was his balanced and non-biased approach when explaining the many different periods, conflicts, and challenges that shaped Dubrovnik and the wider region. He presented the history with respect and honesty, allowing visitors to understand the complexity rather than simply hearing one-sided stories. What made the tour even more special was the way Roko incorporated his own personal stories and experiences, which made the history feel more authentic and memorable. His enthusiasm for his city was clear throughout the tour, and his explanations helped us connect not only with Dubrovnik’s past but also with the people and culture behind it. Highly recommend to do this tour at the start of your stay. Marco was extremely knowledgeable about the history and did a great job explaining even modern events. He was open to answer any questions and even gave good travel tips. Five star!!!!!
We were happy to find available spots for the 12:00 tour just the evening before! I usually don't take guided tours, but this tour changed my mind. You can see that Rocco is really passionate about what he is doing and I liked how he added some personal experiences to the stories he was telling us. He also made sure we stay in the shade, he stopped close to spots where you can get water and he made time to give us recommendations. We actually ended up going to the Lokrum Island on the same day, thanks to his recommendation. Thank you! There is just one thing I'd change about this: I wouldn't call this a free walking tour, but a tip-based walking tour. It is worth it, give it a try!
